Festival organized by the Cine Fórum Collective of Valparaíso. This event aims to disseminate audiovisual creation focused on reflection on Human Rights – the social problems of men and women, their peoples and cultures – that through aesthetic, stylistic, formal, generic and format resources capture and transmit a message that alerts or sheds light about the past, present and future of humanity.
